The Chiancole project aims to export the culinary tradition of the Murgia (a sub-region of Apulia in southern Italy) not only in Italy but also in the rest of the world. The essential that find its strength in the superior quality of raw materials. Tradition, authenticity and land are the elements the brand build its value on.
The word “chiancole” indicates the type of stone used to build the domes of the characteristic Trulli in the Apulia region. As for the name, the whole brand identity we designed is a continuous reference to tradition, both in its colors and its shapes, but using a graphic style which is modern and extremely essential.
