Opened in the city center, more precisely in Trastevere, Giselda is a traditional bakery with an international attitude where you can find daily bread, pizza, pasta and sweets. There is also a wide offer of typical local products, selected by Giselda’s food-hunters. All the products are thought to satisfy both the tourists and the people who live in the neighborhood. Humus Design has developed its brand identity, including all the digital and printed tools.


The client’s request was to communicate Giselda’s traditional soul with a contemporary touch, finding inspiration in the latest international trends. The place, with its peculiar design, has been an important reference during the brand characterization’s process.


The brand identity recalls Giselda’s interior design. Textures are inspired by the distinctive tiles on the walls and they are used, each time in a different way, on many communication tools. The customization process has involved packagings and decals, cups, napkins, uniforms and other instruments.
